This Home Care Telemedical Monitoring has been implemented in the FEMA Doctor@Home program which is a susbscription based membership program where loved ones or family members are cared for in their own home while still under the medical supervision. This enables the patient’s care to be stepped down to their home, reducing a significant direct and indirect financial cost to the patient and their family. The Doctor@Home Program also empowers the patient to continue with their normal daily activities while still under the continual medical assessment medical team. In the unforeseen event should there be a worsening of the patient’s condition or any abnormality of the patient’s parameter or clinical status, this would be able to be appropriately managed in a timely manner.
